small room fixed air conditioning
the staff was generally helpful and courteous . they addressed my questions promptly.
the room size was smaller than expected for the price paid. the air conditioning unit was set at a fixed temperature, made the room uncomfortably cold. i requested an adjustment, but the issue was not resolved .

good sized rooms respectful staff
The room was a good size with enough space for two people. unlimited complimentary water was available in the reusable bottle filling station on my floor. It was convenient. the staff was helpful and courteous.
The hotel lacked extensive lounging facilities . Also the lobby felt small.

great selection friendly staff convenient location metro access
i stayed near gare de lyon because of its convenience. breakfast offered a great selection. the staff was friendly and courteous, and everyone spoke english. the hotel location is near many restaurants and the metro.
the shower had noticeably low pressure. the air conditioning system did not function properly. these small issues affected my overall comfort slightly.

the hotel is very quiet. it is close to a well connected metro station. the gare de lyon train station is only a three minute walk.

william at front reception offered excellent advice on the metro. anna helped us to get a flight. the staff are always ready to help every guest.

clean room useful location great assistance
the room was clean upon arrival and felt refreshed. I found the location useful, near transportation hubs. the staff offered great assistance with directions and local tips, wonderful.
the elevator system experienced slight delays during peak hours.
